Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, CIA,) preferred.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of advisory professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Manage a portfolio of client engagements across various industries, including business valuation, asset valuation, inventory valuation, internal audits, risk consultancy services, business process reviews, and special audits.
• Oversee all aspects of client engagements, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our advisory services offerings and grow our client base.
• Stay updated of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in valuation, risk management, and related advisory services.
Knowledge & Skill Requirement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, presentation skills in both languages (English and Dhivehi) with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant advisory tools and software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits
• Total pay package MVR 20,000.
