F&B Manager
DO YOU POSSESS:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Other certifications related to field will be an added plus
- Minimum 2 years experience in a five-star luxury property at a similar capacity
- Being Multi-lingual (preferably Russian and Chinese) will be an added advantage
- Extensive experience in managing multiple outlets in large-scale, luxury hotel/resort operations
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to optimize service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Focussed in the delivery of luxury F&B service, attentive to details.
- Ability to coordinate events, promotions, and special activities
- Sound knowledge of F&B trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Well informed of compliance with health & Safety standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of micros POS, and other F&B and hotel related software
- Thorough experience of creating & implementing Standard Operating Procedures
- Proven ability to effectively manage, train and inspire a diverse team
- Fair knowledge of Recruitment & Retention best practices
- Knowledge of monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports as required.
- This role demands a consistent presence on the floor and steady support to the team.
