ASSISTANT RESERVATIONS MANAGER
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Reservation Manager at Kandima Maldives. As the Assistant Reservations Manager you will be responsible for supervising and managing the reservations department under the leadership of the Reservation Manager. Your primary focus will be to ensure the reservations team efficiently and effectively handle the reservations function.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same position preferably at resorts with large inventory
- Currently supervising and managing a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
