Job Title: Admin & HR Officer
Job Description:
• Attend to phone calls, faxes and direct calls or faxes to relevant departments.
• Collect all incoming and documents and forward to relevant departments timely.
• Assist with entering data into relevant databases or software.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity by verifying and updating records.
• Adhere to company data confidentiality and protection policies.
• Work closely with all the departments to assist in day-to-day operations.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and other clerical duties as needed.
• All other duties of a similar nature and scope assigned.
Qualification:
• Must have completed GCSE O Level with minimum 3 pass including Mathematics.
• Previous experience in administrative work will be and added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
• Computer literate, especially in MS Office packages and particularly Excel.
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen interest in data management and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills with minimum supervision.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism.
• Positive attitude and Pleasant Personality.
• Priority will be given to Maldivians
Salary: MVR 8,000/- (Starting Salary)
