Job Role:
Responsible to be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the shop, coordinate with staff, and ensure customers have excellent shopping experiences.
Job Duties
• Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean and ready to be displayed.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.

• Managing and accounting for all money-handling procedures.
• Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
• Preparing employee work schedules.
Qualifications:
• Completed GCE A/L.
• Professional qualification related to the field would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 yrs. proven working experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of interior design & experience in sales would be an added advantage.
Skills and abilities
• Excellent communication skills in Divehi & English.
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Excellent customer focus and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
Monthly remuneration - MVR 12,000 -15,000
