Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Self Service Banking Officer in our Self Service Banking Unit.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Formulate ATM estate plane for each year based on BML strategic plan
- Assist in Monthly Self Service Banking Unit MIS report, monthly EXCO MIS report and any ad hoc report of - - Operational Excellence Department.
- Planning ATM preventive maintenance according to the schedule which is finalized the beginning of the year.
- Prepare Visa request letter to send Immigration to get Visa for DMS technicians.
- Works closely with relevant departments on project to ensure successful implementation of the service or product.
- Customer Service or Call Centre requests to be resolved within 3 working days.
- Work closely with DMS technicians and relevant teams to install new ATM or upgrade of ATM location or ATM movement and Closure.
- Work on development, testing of products and services related to Self Service Banking Unit
- Completion of testing and keep a proper documentation of sign-off. The sign-off document has to be attached to each BRD or CR.
- Assist in to prepare FAQ and of the products related to Self Service Banking Units.
- Assist in to prepare the workflows and procedure related to Self Service Banking Units.
- Maintain Inventory of ATM, spare parts and UPS
- Arrange to pay monthly ATM maintenance and software changes through finance team.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Knowledge on functional and technical areas of ATM services
- Knowledge on card transaction processes and general understanding of accounting treatment for
cash related transactions
- Proven and relevant experience in ATM services
- High degree of initiative, a self-starter and self-motivated
- Superior communication skills at all levels including verbal and written
Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
