Sales Officer - Villa Trading

 The overall responsibility of the sales officer is to receive and attend to online orders of customers by catering to the requirements of their orders. The role will involve both the routine daily assembling and dispatching of orders received , in addition to the necessary customer service and the continued development of the online retail business. 

Responsibilities: 
- Respond to customer enquiries via e-mail and telephone
- Scan and checkout items of Point of Sales system for online orders
- Handle all returns, arrange replacements or refunds as required and maintain accurate records of items returned, undelivered or lost enroute to destination
- Assemble and dispatch orders received via e-mail or telephone
- Keeping track of inventory as well as the order assembling and dispatching process
- Maintain a seamless operation and to ensure an efficient service
- Adhere to all rules and regulations and notify the manager of any vital changes or developments

Requirements:
- Completed G.C.E O'Level
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and mediation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to Multitask
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant work scope 
- Must have driving license
