RESTAURANT MANAGER
(Fine Dining)
• At least 3 years work experience in the same role in a luxury hotel/resort
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent English communication skills; other language skills is an advantage
• Has a strong ability to make decisions and able to work long hours
• Strong knowledge of restaurant management
• Knowledge of current food and beverage trends
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Possess a CAN-DO attitude
