Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a five-star Resort in Maldives.
• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results Dedicated team player, can do approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Ability to implement strategies to address numerous kinds of environmental concerns, including energy use, conservation, pollution reduction, recycling, building and facility design, and general sustainability education; and island waters and reefs.
• Producer of consistently quality & impeccable service
• Outgoing, pleasant personality with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent administration and guest relations skills
• Flexible, Innovative, resourceful, adaptable
• A positive “CAN DO” attitude and able to work as apart of a Team
