Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort/hotel.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges.
- Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors, such as software providers or hardware suppliers, to ensure that the resort's IT systems are running smoothly.
- Supervise the daily operations on IT system at the resort.
- Provide necessary trainings on IT and computer operations to hosts.
- Enhance the computer system by installing the latest updates.
- Ability to work on system modification and hardware related solutions.
- Ability to provide technical assistance to the resort's staff and guests when needed.
- Processing and generating accounting reports for the team.
