• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Pleasant personality
• Positive attitude towards learning and development.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of OPERA and MICROS Simphony will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Flexible and good inter-department cooperation.
• Maldivian resort experience is an advantage.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Troubleshooting IT related issues.
• Maintaining the daily log.
• Provide technical support to other departments.
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory and supplies.
• Assist in the training of users on new systems and software.
• Maintaining IT server and equipment.
