Minimum Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field
1-2 years of experience in related field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and design robust and scalable information system tailored to meet the organization’s requirements.
- Engage in the development of software applications, ensuring high-quality code, functionality, and integration with existing system.
- Design, implement, and manage database to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and security.
- Contribute to the configuration and management of computer networks, ensuring seamless connectivity, performance optimization and security.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard the organization’s information system from potential threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
- Take a proactive approach to system maintenance, applying updates, patches, and fixes to ensure systems are operating efficiently and securely.
- Provide technical support to end -users, addressing issues, resolving problems, and offering guidance on the effective use of information systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and ensure that information systems align with organizational goals. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures, facilitating knowledge transfer and future reference.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that the organization’s information system remains cutting-edge and aligned with industry standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing ERP implementations and vendor relationships.
- Proven experience in backend system management and database administration
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in database technology (SQL, MySQL)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Problem solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration best practices
- Understanding of business process and the impact of ERP system on organizational workflows.
