HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our Team Member’s throughout their employment journey.
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources Management experience in a similar or senior role in luxury hospitality industry.
• Expertise in Maldivian Employment Law and HR best policies.
• Resort experience would be an added advantage.
• Highly motivated with leadership skills.
• Team player and flexible for the operation.
• Fluency in English and with Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of living in a small multicultural environment.
