- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven individual, and a proactive team player.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
