WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the Maldives resort industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR Fusion application.
• Proficient in managing Work Permit applications and renewals.
• Thorough understanding of Maldives labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
