A trusted importer’s and supplier’s of renowned international food products, that caters to over a hundred and forty (140) high-end resorts, airline lounges, restaurants, cafes and local grocers. It also owns a food provider store, a bakery and recently developed a state-of-the-art, twin island agri-farm growing fruits and vegetables adopting Worlds best practices as a leading environmentally focused company.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales, preferably in hospitality background either in Rooms Division, Culinary, Front Office or F&B.
DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
- Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
- Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
- Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products
- Establishing a sales training program to train the sales team
- Assess the Sales Performance and Prepare Management Report
- Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
- An excellent communicator
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills
- Having hospitality background is an added advantage
