CONTENT WRITER
Job Overview:
As a Content Writer at LITUS Group's centralized Sales and Marketing Department, you will be a key contributor to our dynamic team, responsible for creating compelling content that resonates across multiple industries. Your role will involve crafting engaging narratives to promote diverse products and services offered by LITUS Group's subsidiaries. Your creativity will play a crucial role in elevating our online presence and effectively communicating the unique offerings of each business vertical.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
• Develop creative and informative content for LITUS Group's subsidiaries, tailoring narratives to each brand's identity.
• Craft compelling stories highlighting the diverse range of products and services.
SEO Optimization:
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach a broader audience.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms for content optimization.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to align content with marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to create content that resonates with the target audience.
Research:
• Conduct in-depth research on various industries represented by LITUS Group.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content.
Editing and Proofreading:
• Ensure all content is grammatically correct, well-structured, and free of errors.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards.
Social Media Engagement:
• Contribute to social media content creation to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Tailor content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Content Calendar Management:
• Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Plan content releases in alignment with key events, promotions, and travel seasons.
Feedback Integration:
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, customers, and analytics to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Adapt content strategies based on performance metrics.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and content types.
Skills:
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Creativity and the ability to generate unique and engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
Communication:
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability:
• Ability to adapt to evolving content strategies and industry trends.

Salary Range: MVR 10000 - 11999
