JOB TITLE: CASHIER CUM SALES ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
• GCE O’ Level.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as needed.
• Basic Computer knowledge.
• Work experience (1 – 2 years) as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales.
• Good math skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stock ordering.
• Ensure that all sales are recorded and accompanied by the proper sales slips.
• Ensure minimal loss of merchandise through expiries, damage, theft or mishandling.
• Ensure that goods are replenished in the shelves without failure, in neat and orderly appearance.
• Maintain an awareness of all products, including promotions and advertisements.
• Communicate all customer requests to your Supervisor.
• Ensure good grooming and presentations at all times while on the shop floor.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by Management.
