Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Business Executive Officer in our Sales and Business Unit.
Roles & Responsibilities:
▪ Responsible for attending financing customers related tasks on a daily basis
▪ Responsible for bringing in new customers and boosting the bank’s overall performance
▪ Consistently deliver quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction and trust
▪ Deliver personalized service to the customers on various banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
▪ Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
▪ Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing
▪ Handling customer complaints in an efficient manner
▪ Learning about BML Islamic products and services and keeping up to date with changes
▪ Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
▪ Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
▪ Should have the ability to provide excellent customer service and the ability to handle customer complaints
▪ Demonstrate politeness, friendliness, tactfulness and well presented to do the job
▪ Team working skills and ability to work well in a team
▪ Interested in helping and working with customers
▪ Should be able to ameliorate customer service skills
▪ Should have product knowledge
▪ Needs to be very calm and patient towards the work
▪ Good administrative and processing skills
Criteria:
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification, or;
