Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all the aspects of operational process to ensure optimized production.
- Ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepare and implement action plans effectively.
- Forecast requirements and prepare annual budget.
- Supervising and directing the personnel responsible for operation process to ensure high quality and cost effective operation.
- Ensure availability of necessary material, equipment and labour resources required for daily operation.
- Develop and nurture a dynamic and competent workforce through a robust performance driven culture.
- Facilitate maintenance, repair or replacement of damaged equipment.
- Develop operations systems and analyze process workflow.
- Prepare reports on AFCs operation and present to the management.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
Minimum Qualification and Experience Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in senior level position in a related field.
- Fluent communication skills, leadership, technical, project management and organizational skills.
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and should be a person of high integrity, ethical and moral standards
