REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in using (Coral Draw, MS Office & Photoshop) software and tools for event planning.
- Familiarity with social media and online platforms for marketing and communication.
- Prior experience in coordinating recreational programs or events, especially in a resort setting.
- Familiarity with various recreational activities and equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees.
- Ability to create engaging promotional materials and communicate event details clearly.
- Strong organizational skills to plan, schedule, and coordinate recreational activities and events.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees and external partners.
- Empathy and the ability to understand and meet the diverse needs and preferences of participants.
