Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and versatile Administrative Assistant to oversee ticketing operations, manage petty cash, handle postal and email correspondences, and facilitate the acquisition of permits and licenses for our sea transportation vessels, including dhoanis and launches. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage ticketing processes for sea transportation services.
- Oversee and reconcile petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate financial handling.
- Responsible for timely and accurate posting and handling of all mail and email correspondences.
- Coordinate the request and renewal process for necessary permits and licenses for the operation of dhoanis/launches.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum qualification of O’ Level standard.
- Proven experience in Administrative roles, demonstrating a track record of effective organization and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
