FOREIGNER OR LOCAL UNDER LOCAL CONTRACT
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
Proficient with Opera V5 and V9 systems.
Proficient in English and Russian both in writing and verbal.
Remote island-based work experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Welcome guests and assist them with registration at the resort where required.
Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
To report regularly on guest concern and updates to his/her Supervisors.
Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
