In line with the on-going expansion of Samann Investments Pvt Ltd, we are seeking to welcome on board a dynamic applicant as a Supervisor, Technical.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Supervisor, the individual will be responsible to initiate, coordinate and oversee all technical & renovation related works of the properties related to the organization. Ensures compliance of all areas with the risk management standards.
Requirements
Should have good know-how related to works involving carpentry, electricals, plumbing, masonry, tiling, and similar works. Should be able to multi-task with composure and disperse responsibilities in a timely manner. Should also be able to work independently with self-organization and be ready to give both commitment and time. Preference is given to locals.
Experience
A minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar capacity.
Remuneration
A competitive remuneration package will be accorded based on experience and qualification.
