SPA SUPERVISOR
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
• 1 or more years related high end luxury resort background experience of the similar capacity.
• Completed state required therapy anatomy and physiology course or internationally recognized therapy qualification.
• Recognized certification in yoga teacher preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
• Honest and committed to professional values.
• Ability to work independently and must be willing to accept responsibility of the storerooms.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Provide massage and body treatment to guests using props and/or products.
• Experience in yoga instructor.
• Manage, train, and motivate all spa and salon provider.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa.
• Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the spa facilities and treatment room to the higher standard on a daily basis.
• Be willing and able to work a variety of shifts, days, times as needed.
• Ensure Guest satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the spa's first priority.
