Bank Of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Senior Risk Analyst in our Risk Analytics Unit.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare analysis on Risk profile and work closely with all functional areas to identify potential areas Of
Risks and develop a corrective action plan
Ensure all activities are carried out in line with best practices, internal policy & procedures and Regulatory and International/Basel Standards
Assist in developing and incorporating mitigating controls into policies and procedures
Coordinate and actively support the Risk Management Department in developing and continuously seeking to review and improve the Risk related policies procedures promote cultural risk management practices Within the Bank and conduct on basis
Ensure seamless Business Continuity through project management issue resolution
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Strong understanding of risk management Standards and frameworks
Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and decision—making abilities
Familiarity with bank operations, systems, processes, and policies
Creative and strategic thinking abilities
Adoptable to the bank's culture, able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Effective builder and Excellent written Skills. including report-writing presentations
Results-oriented with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation
Demonstrated ability to learn, research, and problem—solve independently and collaboratively.
Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree or in Banking, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification in related
area OR;
2 experience in related field
