Main Responsibilities
• Obtain requirements from clients.
• Request quotations from overseas and local suppliers
• Sent out quotations to clients on time
• Call for status of quotations from clients
• Generate purchase orders for overseas and local suppliers
• Track ordered shipments until received at warehouse
• Provide store keeper with shipping related documents of the shipment.
• Update the supplier in case of quantity deviation
• Generate payment request
• Maintain cordial relationship with the client and suppliers.
• Maintain filling system in a proper manner
• Update relevant registers
Qualification and other Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• 1 to 2 years of Experience
