- Monthly salary: Rf 8,000 (starting)
- Working hours: 9:00pm - 6:00pm
(It includes 1 hour break time)
- Friday is off day.
Duties and responsibilities:
- practicing good customer relations
- properly monitoring work flow
- stock management
- coordination with main kitchen regarding stock replenishment
- managing POS operations
- carrying out POS end of day transactions
- monitoring and contributing in back kitchen operations
- clear and clean tables after each dine-in customer.
- monitor and update temperature log.
- cleaning and maintenance of all appliances and equipment at end of the day.
- maintaining upkeep of shop area and kitchen for next day
- complete daily, weekly, monthly checklists
- report daily activities to supervisor
