We are hiring Sales Assistant to join our team with the potential to grow within the business. As a Sales Assistant, your core task is to provide memorable and unrivaled customer experiences to each person that walks through the door
To be successful Be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with outstanding customer service and communication skills with a minimum of 1 year of Retail Experience. Enjoy working in a team environment and on a shift basis.
What we require
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Dhivehi and English
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team setting
• Efficient cash handling, POS experience, hardware/software knowledge will be an added advantage
• Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Able to show initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
