We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Resort Photographer to join our team. As a key member of our resort associate, you will play a crucial role in capturing memorable moments for our guests while actively contributing to the growth of our photography services.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Sales:
• Proactively approach resort guests to generate photography bookings.
• Showcase photography services, highlight packages, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Photography Studio Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort's photography studio.
• Schedule and coordinate photo sessions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for guests.
• Maintain high standards of photo quality and creativity (training will be provided)
Self-Motivation and Initiative:
• Take the initiative in identifying opportunities to capture unique and special moments.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving personal and team goals.
Cleanliness and Organization:
• Maintain a clean and organized photography studio environment.
• Ensure all photography equipment is in proper working condition and well-maintained.
Budget Management:
• Archive and track daily budgets, ensuring expenses align with financial goals.
• Provide regular updates on budget status and make recommendations for improvements.
Customer Service:
• Interact with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, creating a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• New comers are welcome.
• Proven experience as a photographer with a strong portfolio is a plus.
• Sales and customer service experience in a hospitality or sales-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a plus.
• Knowledge of photography equipment and techniques.
• Familiarity with budget management is a plus.
