RESORT MANAGER
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role a international resort
- Minimum IO years experience in management role in Front Office & Housekeeping
- Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant field
- Excellent communication in written and spoken English
- Additional Language Capabilities an advantage
- Advance skills in OPERA experience with TrustYou and Eleanor App an advantage
- Good command Of MS Office (Excel. Word and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience working in a large inventory hotel or resort with more than 250 rooms
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards
- Proven experience in working with budget. P&L. forecasting. and inventory controls
- Ability to motivate. coach, mentor. training and develop a multi-cultural team
