RESERVATION & REVENUE MANAGER
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in NOOE Maldives for a Reservation and Revenue Manager.
As a Reservation and Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for managing online and offline reservation systems, ensuring the pricing of all hotel products and services remain competitive, and liaising with the corporate office regarding business decisions and strategy. Additionally, you will work with your team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase revenue for the hotel.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make sound business decisions
Familiarity with online and offline reservation systems and their operations
Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Excellent multitasking and team management abilities
A passion for the hospitality and service industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
