PURCHASING & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
MALDIVIAN NATIONALS ONLY

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to coordinate procurement and supply logistics for our game-changing resort portfolio: The Nautilus, Kandima, and Nova.

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of procurement processes in a multi-entity environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to use for complex challenges
- Excellent team and project management skills
- Excellent communication, listening and writing skills in English
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel to analyse and report large amounts of data
- 3+ years of experience with Procurement of Software and Services
- 3+ years with Procure to Pay Process

Responsibilities
- Analyse and organise data from purchasing, shipping and delivery processes to assist in policy and decision-making
- Evaluate and report on KPIs
- Monitor supply chain logistics to ensure smooth operation
- Train and guide employees
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve better deals
- Maintain a high level of transparency when reporting to upper management
