Job Description
1. Oversee the hotel renovation projects including design, construction and budget.
2. In charge of tender & bidding, cost control and procurement.
3.Coordinate closely with General Manager, Purchasing, suppliers and contractors.
4.Visit the sites to assure the progress and quality of renovation projects according to the agreements.
5. Prepare the renovation inspect reports, submit project progress summary and handle project-related payment.
Candidate Qualification
1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Architect or related fields.
2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in building construction. Hotel or residential project will be highly regarded.
3. Ability to plan and execute works, keep deadline, control cost and implement continual quality improvement.
4. Computer literacy in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Good command of spoken and written English.
6. Good analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
