Qualification:
• Diploma in Accounting / Business Management (or Procurement related field)
• Work experience of 1-2 years
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Position Overview:
o Review stock levels, identify purchasing needs and process orders.
o Check purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before confirming.
o Ensure all documents are in order for customs clearance.
o Obtain Government permits if required.
o Monitor vessel tracking and prepare documents for cargo clearance.
o Check received goods against purchase order.
o Deal with non-supplied, under order, over orders and damaged goods.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification
