Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to the immediate care of all medical concerns of both the travelers and crews
• Travel to Male’ hospital with the patient if required
• Lead the team of first aiders and conduct trainings in compliance to company policies and government requirements
• Prepare travelers and crews’ incident reports in a timely manner
• Do the inventory of stocks in the clinic and request for purchase order
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic and coordinate repair works to be done
• Assist minor operational tasks of the human resources department or as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
• Has a degree in BS Nursing or relevant educational attainment
• Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Maldivian Nursing Council
• At least 1 year experience in the same role in an island setting with experience in handling different emergency cases
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
• Effective time management, planning, and organizing skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with good knowledge of MS Word
• Proactive and sensitive to travelers and crews’ needs
• Flexible and with sense of urgency
