STAFF VACANCY: INTERNAL AUDITOR
To strengthen our valuable human resources, we are looking for dynamic and people oriented person to recruit for the following position in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct audits to assess controls, operational efficiencies, and compliance with selected policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Develop a risk-based audit plan by selecting an appropriate audit approach, test procedures, and sampling criteria based on professional judgment and defined internal audit methodology.
• Perform audit tests and prepare working papers in accordance with professional IIA standards.
• Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives. Identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidence-based support for findings.
• Propose practical and value-added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies.
• Providing assurance on the adequacy of the controls in place and assisting in the review process of such controls.
• Assist in the preparation of a concise and informative audit report to effectively communicate the findings and recommendations to the department and management.
• Assist the Internal Auditor in the development of the annual Internal Audit plan.
• Support the Internal Auditor in the development and implementation of the Internal Audit Function.
• Review, finalize, and coordinate internal audit reports for the quarterly Audit Committee reporting.
• Safekeeping of the information, documentation and audit evidence collected during the audit process.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Part Qualification (Skill Level) in Professional Accounting body such as ACCA or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in internal auditing or a related filed
• In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices
• Proficient in MS Office
