HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (LOCAL)
Job Profile and Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent field
- With a minimum of three years’ experience in the same or equivalent position. Maldives resort experience is preferred
- Expertise in Maldivian Labour Law
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive & flexible attitude.
- Candidates must demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and energetic leadership style
- Good operational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English and with excellent communication skills.
