Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in a role in luxury resort or hotel
• Excellent counseling and interpersonal skills. Highly interactive and people friendly
• Great knowledge in recruitment, manning, compensation and benefits
• Genuine passion for people, wellness & sustainability
• Excellent English communication skills
