Position Available: Customer Care Officer (Full Time)

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work shift duty and demonstrate flexibility with working hours.
- Fluency in both English and Dhivehi is essential for effective communication.
- Hard-working, dedicated, and focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in computer software to effectively navigate customer information systems.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to provide support and care to hospital patients.
- Prior experience in healthcare or a related field will be considered an added advantage.

Wages & Remuneration:
- Starting from MVR 8,000 - 9, 000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Additional allowances as per Company Policy.
