Job Description
Responsible and accountable for all functions & activities related to CSR coordination with the departments of the resort and allied areas. Conducting educational tours and Educating our customers and staff on Environmentally responsible behavior, conducting and preparing awareness material and educational programs for the community, and assisting with other activities if required.
Candidate Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sustainability or CSR may be advantageous.
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of corporate social responsibility principles, sustainable practices, and environmental stewardship.
- Experience in developing and implementing community engagement initiatives. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with local communities.
- Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Result-Oriented. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
- Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
