Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyse project accounting records.
- Develop, implement, modify, and document project.
- Develop, maintain, and analyse project budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs and update ERP accordingly for approved variances.
- Develop, maintain, and analyse project inventory, machinery, and equipment's usage.
- Liaise with project managers to get approval for weekly and monthly project progress for billing to customers.
- Liaise with Finance division to complete weekly, monthly, and yearly financial statements of the company.
- Liaise with internal and external audit and assist to the department head for finalization.
- Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
- Perform other duties required or assigned, which help improve the productivity and service of the projects, department, and division.
Minimum Requirements:
MNQF level 07 - Bachelor's degree in accounting /finance /Quantity surveying or related field WITH minimum 2 year of experience in construction industry project related work.
Salary Benefits:
Total salary: MVR 14,700
