Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER, OPERATIONS
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field;
- Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Flexible to work under pressure and long hours
Remuneration: MVR 15,000 Per month.
