Assistant Learning & Development Manager
- Minimum 4 years experience in Learning & Development role in a hotel or resort environment
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Maldives experience in a resort an added advantage
- Previous experience in operational departments an added advantage
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs to improve service standards
- Forecast and Identify training needs based on business needs and improving colleague skillset
- Ability to collaborate with Departments Heads and Departmental Trainers to establish an effective Learning culture
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to multi-task and result oriented
- Available on short notice
