Requirements:
- Completed GCE O’level
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dhivehi & English
- Trained and competent in GDS systems like Amadeus & MARS
- Competent with numbers, data analysis and data presentation
- Customer service skills
- Proactive and ability to multitasking
- Clear and polite telephone etiquette
- Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
- Ensuring that the company meets outbound revenue targets
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Analyzing competitor fares/data and ensuring fares are aligned
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Remuneration: Negotiable based on qualification and experience
