Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and organizing orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Support in organizing internal events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a prompt and efficient response.
3. Training and Development:
• Help in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employee development.
• Manage logistics for training events, including venues, materials, and schedules.
4. Performance Management:
• Assist in the administration of performance review processes.
• Maintain records of employee performance data and provide support in analyzing this data.
5. HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
• Prepare HR-related reports and assist with HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Culture Enhancement:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to suggest improvements in workplace practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Any certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in an HR assistant or similar role is beneficial.
• Experience in organizing corporate events and employee engagement activities.
