Duties/ Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Medlab Diagnostics' products and services.
Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector to expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively presenting and selling Medlab Diagnostics' medical products and equipment.
Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
Stay up to date on industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to medical products and equipment.
Essential skills and qualifications required:
Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on medical products and equipment, is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of medical terminology.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
