Reservation & Ticketing Agent
We are looking for an outstanding young energetic, efficient and well-experienced individual to join our team
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O’ Level 03 passes including English and Mathematics
- Excellent communication skills, both English & Dhivehi.
- 02 years experience in the industry
- Knowledge of Amadeus reservation system is an added advantage
- Should possess pleasant personality, be self-motivated & flexible
- A team player with a positive attitude & willing to undertake responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure & challenging environment. Willing to work long hours
- Selected candidates will be required to join immediately
Responsibilities
- Handle all ticketing, refunds, re-issues & other related operational requirements
- Work towards establishing and promoting Airlines that is represented by the department
- Record all tickets, POs and Invoices on daily basis
- Ability to multi-task
Remuneration: MVR 9000 (negotiable based on qualification and experience)
Other Benefits: Medical + Yearly bonus & Incentives (based on the performance)
