PROJECT MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing project plans, defining project scope, identifying project goals and objectives.
Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction
Identifying and managing project risks, including the development of risk mitigation plans.
Managing contracts, particularly FIDIC conditions of contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, resolving disputes, and managing claims.
Ensuring that the project meets required quality standards, including reviewing and approving project deliverables.
Managing project budgets, including preparing cost estimates, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities(value engineering).
Leading project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress and providing feedback and guidance.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
Masters/Bachelors degree in Project Management or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in Project Management.
Experience in contract management, including
FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.
Salary and Benefits
