Islanders Group is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, efficient and capable candidate to fill in the position of 'Procurement Officer'. Person selected for this job will be working at Head Office of Islanders Education.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Procurement Officer is mainly responsible for the purchasing and delivering of products and services essential for the company’s operations. Maintaining and updating store inventories. 

• Assist in the smooth running of various departments of the company 
• Prepares delivery notes 
• Stock counting 
• Purchasing of items 
• Maintain records of delivery notes 
• Update inventory 
• Maintain Stock in out 
• Deliver required materials to all institutes 
• Undertake any other duties which may be required in the position 

Skills and Qualifications:
• Having a Diploma  in a  relevant field will be an advantage. 
• Minimum two (2) years proven work experience will be an advantage. 
• Good  Verbal and Written communication skills  in  English  & Dhivehi languages. 
• Good knowledge of computer skills (especially Microsoft office applications)
• Ability to complete and monitor the tasks assigned.

Salary and benefits:
• Net take home salary of MVR 10,000 to MVR 12,000 per month ( Annual : MVR  129,000.00  - MVR 154,000.00).
• Upon successful completion of the three-month probation period, you will be eligible to enroll in the Corporate Health Insurance plan.
• Staff Discount on School Fees.

Working hours:
• Weekdays 0800-1600 hours
• Saturday 0800-1300 hours
• Friday – off day
